Never too Late

It has been a little bit tardy... no I mean a LoT tardy... of me not to have shown what my last gift from the very generous Peg was...  Forgive me PeG...
This wonderful quilt... yes you read it correctly... A QUILT...

A big thank you to Fiona...

 Day 7 saw me opening a gorgeous journal with my initial beautifully stitched on the front and also done in my favorite colour combination.....

 Day 8... I opened up to find frolicking snowmen on teatowels....so me!!

 Day 9 I  opened my parcel to find a needled keep made up by using a doily....Fiona must have been listening when I said I love to op shop and love finding these 😊 Fiona also added a thread catcher which is coming in very handy.
                           
Day 10 I opened up a kit to make my very own flying dove. I look forward to making this up and hanging it in my sewing room

Day 11  this shopping list pad couldn't have come at a more opportune time as I'd just finished my last one a few days before so it got put on the fridge and utilised immediately, I was also given a cute purse and another smaller journal I can pop imto my bag to jot down notes.

For my final gift Fiona outdid herself with this stunning wall hanging.....

I just want to say a big thank you to Fiona for her gorgeous and well thought out gifts and to Peg & Shez for organizing this fun swap & I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas & a safe and happy 2017 😊
