Taa Daa! Finally Our Wool Swap!

We may be a bit late but Mel and I have finally swapped our gifts!

This is the beautiful wool stitching Mel made for me.

 It was the lid of a box.

 Inside there was some beautiful Tilda fabrics, a Libby Richardson pattern 

and some cute little heart buttons.

 I'm going to use this box to store my Tilda fabric in. 

Mel had already labelled it for me.

Thank you so much, Mel. I just love my new Tilda box.

This is what I made for Mel. I decided to use a wooden frame 

for a Home Sweet Home picture.

  

I also added some little extras.

Well as this is our last swap for 2015...  I wanted to THANK both Peg & Shez for all the work they put into organising us during the year... kiss... kiss
As I am going away tomorrow again I thought I would mail my 12 gifts off a little early...
better early than late I think...
Sooooo... my partner should receive a delivery from the MailMan during this coming week.
Kindly just put it away until Dec 14th when you can start to open gifts... HoHoHo.

For quiet awhile now I have been checking out Kate blog and been amazed how talented Kate is especially her knitting so when a parcel arrived at my place just after 9pm last evening .... Well one can only say the following ...... So gorgeous ( unfortunately like most of my photography the photo doesn't do the items any justice)

My Gift from Ondrea

I am extremely grateful to Ondrea for putting together this fabulous felt gift package.  I had to wait to my helper came home form school to help me open it.

Look at the gifts that she made for me.....

The chocolate was eaten that night for dessert, the candle's have made my house smell yummy, the runner is now looking for a new place to hang out, the dmc threads are going to be well used in some hand stitching. and the sticky note's are going to be used soon.
